Saturday Russian Language School
For children whose mother tongue is Russian
As an international school, we have made it our goal to promote multilingualism of children. Our latest exciting project to achieve this vision is our Saturday Language School programme for additional Russian. Lessons will be conducted by our caring and well experienced native Russian speaking teachers.Lessons are 50 minutes in length with a short break between each lesson. Each class will have a maximum of 12 learners. Further classes may be established based on any interest shown and requests put forward to the school. Please contact us if you are interested in classes for other age groups.

Children from 3 – 4 years of age
A playful and caring yet exceptionally professional Russian environment has been established for the children through the use of age-appropriate games, crafts and music.
Children from 5 – 6 years of age
This course has specifically been designed to for all primary school children. Over and above learning the alphabet and numbers in Russian; appropriate learning games, crafts, Art and Music classes will be employed for further teaching purposes.
Children from 7 – 10 years of age
In this age group, the children’s basic knowledge is strengthened and expanded by means of interactive lessons with special emphasis being placed on the language skills of the children. Under the motto, “active language teaching” the children learn, through a variety of games and activities, to express themselves confidently in the English language and after some practice, will be able to excel in the school’s English classes. Children may join at any stage though the course of the year as a result of our small class sizes, which ensure optimal individual attention.
